Products

Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis)
Rosemary is one of the most useful culinary herbs used in cooking. It combines well with meat, especially Chicken, Pork and Lamb. It is incorporated a lot in Mediterranean cooking and should be used sparingly because of its strong flavour.
Use as seasoning, in dressing, marinade, and for roasting or grilling of meat & vegetables.
Because Rosemary leaves contain a lot of natural oil, it is one of the few herbs that dries well and can be used fresh or dry in cooking with equal results.
Oregano (Origanum vulgare)
Hardy perennial with clusters of tiny tubular mauve flowers in Summer. Plant has dark green aromatic slightly hairy leaves.
Spade shape olive-green leaves with an aromatic, warm and slightly bitter taste that compliments meats, vegetables, sauces and salads.
Can be used to flavour savoury dishes, snipped and sprinkled on food, used in spreads, salads and sauces.
